Returns Policy

At Project 9 Motorsport, every product is engineered and inspected to meet premium standards. Due to the specialized nature of aftermarket automotive components, the following return policy applies: 

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • Items must be in resellable condition with no signs of wear, damage, or modification
  • Returns must be requested and approved prior to being sent back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and inventory handling costs.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Installed or used products
  • Items with any signs of installation, wear, or damage
  • Custom-made or special order items
  • Clearance or discounted items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including replacement or refund where applicable.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus:

  • Restocking fee (25%)
  • Any applicable shipping costs

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process and will be subject to restocking fees.
