We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout based on your location.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Some products may require additional lead time due to production or overseas sourcing. Estimated lead times will be noted on the product page where applicable.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

United States

  • Economy Shipping (7–12 Business Days) — $19
  • Standard Insured Shipping (5–8 Business Days)
    • Free for orders over $500
    • $39 for orders under $500
  • Priority Air Shipping (3–5 Business Days) — $109

International

  • Standard Worldwide Shipping (5–10 Business Days) — $99
  • Express Priority International Shipping (3–5 Business Days) — $189

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier conditions.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated based on your selected shipping method, destination, and order value. All applicable shipping costs are displayed at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Additional fees may apply for address corrections, reshipments, or failed delivery attempts.


7. International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

We will assist in filing a claim and resolving the issue where applicable.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Project 9 Motorsport is not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
