6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to production timelines, carrier delays, or customs clearance.

Project 9 Motorsport is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.)
  • Customs inspections or import procedures
  • Weather or external factors beyond our control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
  • Installed, used, or modified items are not eligible for return

All returns must be requested and approved prior to being sent back.

8. Fitment & Installation Disclaimer

All products are designed for specific vehicle applications. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compatibility prior to purchase.

Due to the nature of aftermarket automotive parts:

  • Professional installation is strongly recommended
  • Minor adjustments may be required

We are not responsible for:

  • Improper installation
  • Vehicle damage
  • Labor costs or related expenses

Products that have been installed are considered used and are not eligible for return.

9. Off-Road Use Notice

Certain products are intended for off-road or track use only and may not comply with local emissions or road regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable laws.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

  • Labor costs related to installation or removal
  • Damage caused during installation

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
